Battleaxe Software Ltd is a British Private Limited Company, Registered in England No. 4908810. bttlxeForum, bttlxeForum.NET, bttlxeTeam Services, the use of the bttlxe phrase, WebBuilder Author, WebBuilder Edit, WebBuilder FTP, WebBuilder Image, WebBuilder Studio, the WebBuilder 'product' logo, WebSnipet, NoKnowledge and the Battleaxe Software axe symbol are trademarks or registered trademarks of Battleaxe Software Ltd in Great Britian and/or other countries.

Other brand and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of the respective holders.

The authors of this website have endeavoured to provide trademark information about all the companies and products mentioned, by the appropriate use of capitals. However, Battleaxe Software Ltd cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information.

Use of Trademarks

Certain grammar rules must be applied when using trademarks. For example, you should never use a trademark in its plural form (e.g. "WebBuilder Edit's toolbars..." should be written as "the toolbars in WebBuilder Edit..."); and you should never shorten or abbreviate the trademark (e.g. "WebBuilder Edit" should not be written as "WBE", "WB Edit" or "Edit").

 

Use of Software

All software released by Battleaxe Software, whether published on the Internet or on media such as a Compact Disk, is protected by an End User License Agreement (EULA). Before installing or running any of our software you must agree completely with all points set out in the EULA. Failure to do so will be a breech of the EULA contract.

Battleaxe Software will not accept any liability for damages or loss of time or profit caused either directly or indirectly from usage of our software except as noted in each products EULA.
